This is apparently where the young, posh, good looking people hang out in New Zealand. The area is definately very wealthy and has its own security guards who drive around the town keeping an eye on things. The town is really nice and all the roads are red tarmac. It looks like a brand newly developed area and they are still doing work on new plots. It also has a wicked beach and a nice harbour with houses backing onto private moorings. However you could still buy a huge house here with double garage and private mooring for about $1,600,000 (only about 600,000 quid) |
